How long does it take to get a refund for my order?

Different sellers on RebelsMarket have different policies; Make sure to review refund policy from the seller of interest before checkout.

Typically, the sellers will issue a refund once the original item is received back unless otherwise specified.

If you made an order from the “RebelsMarket Official Store” - We will process your refund right away after you ship back the item.

Once your refund has been issued, it may take 5-10 business days for your financial institution to accept the refund.

NOTE: Some financial institutions have a longer processing timeframe. If you do not receive your refund within 5-10 business days after being advised it has been issued, please contact your bank for their processing timeframes

If you haven't received your refund within one billing cycle of your credit or debit card, please contact Support@rebelsmarket.com with your order number and return tracking number.
