Different sellers on RebelsMarket have different policies; Make sure to review the return policy under the shipping and returns tab on the product page of the item you’re interested in.
If you purchased items from the “RebelsMarket Official Store” - We will coordinate with our warehouse to ensure you get your replacement as quickly as possible.
If your item is lost:
A seller will submit a trace with the carrier to locate the original shipment. If it cannot be located, a seller will usually offer you either a replacement (if available) or a refund.
If you choose to have a replacement shipped out, it will typically be shipped with the same shipping method as the original order. However, some sellers may opt to expedite a replacement due to any inconvenience caused by the lost item.
When the replacement tracking is provided, the seller or RebelsMarket will provide you with the shipping timeframe and tracking information on the replacement item.
If you are exchanging for a different size, style, or item:
Typically RebelsMarket and our sellers will ship out a replacement as soon as the original item is received back in the warehouse.
In some cases, a replacement will be released as soon as return tracking has been provided by you.

Replacing a Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item:
In the case of damaged, defective, or wrong item shipments, the seller is responsible for the return shipping cost of the order.
If you opt to have a replacement shipped out, some sellers may require that the damaged item be received back in the warehouse before a replacement is shipped out. However, many of our sellers and RebelsMarket will have a replacement shipped as soon as the original item is confirmed as returned via the return tracking number you provide.
Note: In some cases, the seller may ask that you dispose of the item as you see fit, please do not throw away the item unless instructed to do so by the seller or RebelsMarket.
