What orders qualify for a refund?
There are a few reasons you may receive a refund.
Cancellation Refunds: If you choose to cancel your order, or if an order is canceled due to being out of stock in rare instances, you will receive a refund. Once the order is confirmed as canceled either by the seller or RebelsMarket, a full refund (including shipping costs) will be refunded back to your original method of payment.
Buyers Remorse Refunds: When you return an item for Buyer's Remorse reasons, most sellers will allow you to receive a refund minus the original shipping cost.
Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Some sellers may charge a small restocking fee. This information will be listed under the shipping and returns tab on the product page of each item.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Refunds: When an item is damaged, defective, or wrong, RebelsMarket guarantees a full refund of the original purchase price and shipping costs. Sellers will be responsible to cover the return shipping cost in these cases.
NOTE: We require photos of any damage, defect, or wrong items.
Lost Orders: If your order is lost, the seller or RebelsMarket will perform a trace with the carrier. This may take 7-10 business days. However, if the item is determined as lost, and if you opt not to have a replacement shipped, a full refund for the original cost of the item and shipping will be issued.
When will my refund be issued?
When you return a Marketplace item for a refund, the seller will issue the refund within 48 hours after the returned item is received back in their warehouse.
When you return a RebelsMarket Premium order, we will issue a refund as soon as the return tracking has updated as in transit with a delivery date to our warehouse.
Note: All buyer’s remorse returns must be returned back in new, unused condition with all original tags to qualify for a full refund of the purchase price of the item.
Only the original purchase price of the item will be refunded back on buyer’s remorse returns. The original shipping cost is non-refundable unless the item is damaged, defective, or the wrong item is delivered.
How are refunds issued?
Marketplace orders (order numbers starting with an H) will be refunded directly from the seller, not RebelsMarket.
Premium orders (order numbers starting with RMP) will be refunded directly from RebelsMarket.
It may take 5-10 business days for your financial institution to accept refunds once they have been issued. This timeframe excludes weekends and bank holidays.
All refunds are issued back to the original method of payment. RebelsMarket and the Sellers are unable to issue a refund back to an alternate method of payment.
If a refund is issued to a card that is now closed, the original financial institution will either forward the funds to your new account or will issue you a check.

How long will it take to receive my refund?
Please allow 5-10 business days for your financial institution to accept the refund.
NOTE: Some financial institutions have a longer processing timeframe. If you do not receive your refund within 5-10 business days after being advised it has been issued, please contact your bank for their processing timeframes
